Lines 6-10 - $120 – SOC: SCFUTT6 / SC FAM UNL TT+D 6 lines incl.
AAL lines 7-10 - $10 AAL - ADDLINE20 / Family Unl TT+D AddALine
I had the same 4 lines SC old plan and couldn't add free line during last promo. Nice rep was able to put me on 6-10 lines SC with same fam stateside promo.
Now the problem is I couldn't able to find anyone who can upgrade data on these old SC lines to unlimited.
if you know then let me know. Thanks
It is like entering coupon when you checkout. If the coupon is dead, you can't use it. So if the promo has ended, CSR can't enter the promo anymore. This actually help CSR since if they don't have the power to do it which most of us know, then we won't contact them to waste our time and their time to ask for stuff they can't do.
Switching to plans that aren't available anymore also seems totally possible as you can see in this very thread, so wasn't sure if old promos could potentially still be added if you got the right person.
I also saw someone on Reddit suggest (and some of them are T-Mobile employees, not saying the person who said this was one though) that its possible to still get the additional lines added if you missed it earlier this year and get the right person.
(BTW- The reason I asked this was exactly like you said - so if someone said no its impossible because its blocked by the system, then I wouldn't even try to ask).
I am on Magenta2
Does anyone know the difference between Magenta2 and MagentaD2 SOC codes? Seems the same buit one is 20 dollars cheaper. Can I ask the rep to change it?

Just asking the question if anyone has tried and been successful - don't think its unreasonable to ask, not demanding that I should get it, I even went as far as saying its no big deal if I can't and I'd wait for the next add a line...
Does the promo show up during checkout, or after the fact? I'm assuming it's after the fact and why we need to check our SOC before hand?
