Still on TMO ONE All In Promo plan (FRLTUL2LP) which is never eligible for free lines?
This is a great (grandfathered) plan as it gives you 2 lines for $100 or $80 after 2GB data limit kickback on the 2 lines (or even less if you have the plan with T-Mobile employee hookup code). Plus with the additional promotion you get HD streaming, 10GB full speed hotspot and twice the international data speed (256kbs instead of 128kbs).
BUT... this account only supports 3 lines and unless you got the one free line they offered once under this plan you never got and will never get a free line with the plan.
But if the plan works out for you can move to another T-Mobile One plan (FRLTULF2) which cost a little bit more (2 lines for $120 or $100 after kickbacks) but you will be eligible for the free line and hopefully for additional free lines in the future (the plan supports up to 8 lines in total). The reps are also be able to move the kickback and ONE Plus promotion to the new plan. They might not do it immediately for the new free line but this is also possible and might need another try.
Plus the new plan includes $10.99 Netflix Standard HD account contribution which also needs to be factored in as a bonus.

As I wrote it needs some time and the right reps to make it happen as I struggled with reps in the past to switch to a different T-Mobile One plan and not ending up with a Magenta plan and losing the kickback and One Plus promotion.

Regarding costs to add new line
If you add the line via the website, youll pay $10 for the SIM card to be shipped to you.
If you add the line via a phone call, youll pay the $10 SIM card charge and also $20 for assisted set-up. It is relatively easy to get both of these comped.
If you have a spare sim-card or eSIM, you can use that instead of paying $10 for a new one (bear in mind that it may not be able to do SA 5G). You will need to call since the website does not allow re-use of old cards. (You can also do this via online chat support lines like in-app chat and t-force on twitter)
Expired cards do work, but you have to request a replacement. Again, no SA 5G.
If you have a Costco near you, they will give you the sim card and activate for you for free.

I told t-mobile I do not really care how we call those promotions as long as those lines are still free.
How many free lines do you have now? what are the codes?
I am also on TIULFM9, are you still getting the FF? mine dropped off.

I have 4 lines for 120 - Simple Choice Plan for 10GB each ( unlimited now )
I also have 3 other free line promos. one from Dec 3rd with Pixel free phone.
One of my original numbers wants to move out now.. what are my options and will i need to pay for line and phone from Dec 3rd.
When you switch to eSIM, it says that it might take up to 2 hours. The first time I did it, it took some time, though I don't know for sure if it took 2 hours. The second time I did it, it was almost immediate.

Tried to get Hook up add to my account and was turned away without the offer code.
I then asked for Kickback and the One Plus promo. Rep asked which line, I told her for all my lines. Rep said she has to add it offline and will show up in 2-4 hours. An hour later I saw on my account with an alert pending changes start on 1/1/2021.
So, we started out with a MAG 55+ plan which caps you at 2 lines for $70.
Yesterday I called and asked to changed the plan to the: USCFM4-Simple Choice Unlimited FM 4/$150 w. 14GB HS. But since I only had 2 active lines to work with, the rep and his supervisor was able to get me moved to the SCFUTTBD-Simple Choice Unlimited Promo for $100, which is for 2 lines with 7GB HS. After that, on the same call, I was able to have the rep add the 3rd LOU3 without charge. Since I had an extra sim laying around.
Fast forward to this morning... I called and spoke with another agent and all I wanted were some free sim cards. Well, LSS, we wound up adding 3 additional lines - which I hope were free, because they show no charge on the individual line. But the total for the monthly charge on the SC plan went up by $120. I think that is for accounting purposes, jic the lou code is ever removed, they will revert to charging $40 per line.
My account shows this:
1. Simple Choice Unlimited Promotion - $220.00/mo Plus taxes and fees.
2. Applied discounts and promotions: $40 2020 Line on Us 3 (Additional Lines)
When I made the change from MAG 55+ to SCU, it showed a total price of $100.00.
But, as I stated above, each new individual line shows a charge of $0.00.
So this is telling me that the LOU are 100% Stackable and that Simple Choice plans are completely able to be paired with free lines. I believe my plan has a max of 6, because I no longer have the option to add more lines.
So, All in all I believe that I have scored 4 FREE LOU lines and am paying for two, which is a total of 6 lines for $100.00/Mo + taxes, fees & phone charges.
Can someone confirm for me that the: Applied discounts and promotions: $40 2020 Line on Us 3 (Additional Lines) is applied to all of my additional added lines?

I were told that I have 4 free lines by some agents too. but I do not think I have them since I did not see them on my account as well as in the "developer tool"
