In general, are these free lines eligible for promotions? I know there was a list that they weren't eligible for at the time... but could I go to Costco now and explore one of their iPhone 12 promos?

Did anyone attempt to file the Costco 100$cash card rebate form and got a response with keeping the free line?

I added a free line at Costco which successfully applied to my account (bill reflects it). The rep also gave a rebate form for BYOD promotion for Costco 100$ cash card. As the OP said they are not stackable I didn't fill the form, but just wondering if someone did that and still has the free line?

(PS: Last day to fill the form, so wanted to know I'm not giving up 100$ Smilie )

It's a risk you're taking vs keeping the free line.

I submitted mine.. I'll raise hell with Costco if my free line got canceled (the rebate form was given to ME automatically)

Sometimes you eat a little to save a lot...

I got charged 3 weeks on one of my "free lines" because when I ported a Verizon number into it, the Verizon line became the "free line" and the temp number got charged.

I hopped on T-force to complain and when she said "well let's check all the criteria and make sure you actually qualified for the free line" I said, peace out. No worries. I'd much rather eat the $22 then have someone in the Phillipines mess up my account.

IMO, same goes for the $100 rebate. I'll save over $450 a year with that "free" line... not worth the risk.

Thanks, guess I'll keep the free line without jeopardizing it

New Data Point: New bill generated, 2nd one since getting LOU4. Still have both LOU3 and LOU4. No issues there. Also, the Kickback on the free lines while technically doesn't do anything since it's a free line, changes the discount to make it a free line. In my case, December bill LOU4 was $5 AutoPay Discount, $10 Kickback Discount and $10 LOU4 to make it free. For January I made sure to go over 2GB data so Kickback isn't activated. That line now is $5 AutoPay Discount and $20 LOU4 Discount to make the line free. So same total amounts of discounts, they just adjust the line discount based on whether Kickback is meant or not.

An interesting observation, if you can see what do you see. I have both LOU3 and LOU4 on the account. Received a text that have been disenrolled from the promotion one day before the last bill was generated. When bill came it had both promos LOU3, and LOU4, and both lines were free. I still see LOU4 under Account-->Plan Details. However, T-Mobile seems to have updated website and Android App, and if you go to Bills --> My Promotions, it gives you consolidated view of all device and service promotions and LOU4 shows as past promotion with end date as a date I received the disenrollment text. Can you see what do you see?

Also, Just curious, how were you able to add Kickback to that line, did you change plan?

Both LOU3 and LOU4 are listed under My Promotions despite getting the text I was unenrolled.

When I added LOU3 and LOU4 I asked them to mirror my other lines. Took a couple times to get everything squared away for LOU3 to get everything mirrored. LOU4 was smoother.

I just randomly looked at app and saw the new layout. I am having the same issues as you. LOU4 shows under plan details but shows that it ended under promotions which was when my first bill generated I think.

First bill after LOU4 was fine so I am going to wait for second bill to generate and see what's going on. Generates soon.

I believe that would be 1 year after your last added like, so after December then.
