worked out, that's 1700mAh per dollar vs the OP's 1570mAh per dollar...

not to say your logic is wrong ... just know that we are buying capacity to store energy not actual energy, so it all depends on if you need that extra capacity and if that extra capacity is worth the extra cost... its almost as if we are buying 1 16tb hd vs 2 8tb hd... it all depends on whether you need to RAID it or not... also, durability-wise its always better to have multiple than to have single.

Battery capacity is really just run time and how often you wanna swap and recharge it.
For something as low drain as a mouse or tv remote it probably wont matter a whole lot. For something like a remote control car, then you want higher capacity cells
