Costco Members: T-Mobile $300 BYOD Costco Cash Offer YMMV
Through 3-4-20 Get $300 for for activating a new line of service with port-in and bringing your own device from Verizon or AT&T. Max 2 two $300 Costco Cash Card's per Wireless Account. Cash Cards issued within 14 Weeks after activation and submittal of rebate form.
The offer is not on the Costco/Wireless Advocates Website, but it was given to me at the kiosk and was told this is a national offer. The rebate paperwork I was given/submitted confirmed the above.
This is one of the more generous switch offers I've seen recently for BYOD, only higher offer I can recall was during the Black Friday Shopping Period when $350 was being offered to switch. The only higher offer in recent Happy deal hunting.

My previous comment of port in required is incorrect and a port in is not required. Only a new activation of service.

That was an error on my part. Port-In is not required. It is also good through today 3-4-21. Typed this up a bit too fast, apologies for any confusion 😬
For example, can I add a line with my own device, then purchase 2 new iPhones to also take advantage of the BOGO $540 off promo (Costco 2020 Apple Buy 2 P2)? See screenshot attached for the promo terms.
