Reddit discussion: [reddit.com]You have to do a factory reset using the faq on the atgames site. The screen prompt will ask you to press the C button but on the Gamer pro there is no C button so use the R2 instead. It does a factory reset and will ask you to update again but when you update it will all function now.

in stock now. $29.99 + $8.00 shipping for me in LA + tax of course
OK so trying to add the CoinopsX saUCEd SNES Edition which contains the cox/uce folder but there is no playlist included inside the cox folder.
There are 709 games included and to list them all gonna be a while.
Is there a program to run and make a game list on the fly??
I LOVE the game Crazy Climber and played it in the arcades ages ago. Felt incredible to play it with two arcade joysticks. And here I thought the Switch had nailed the best control system after all these years.
Still have hundreds of games to play/go through.
My old Xi arcade with a BigBox frontend for Mame can be buggy and error out. Same with my 128gb retro pie image. So far smooth sailing with this setup.
I think eventually I will try to hook up my retro pie build to it and give it a whirl.

My computer recognized this as a USB controller as soon as I hit the power button. Works fantastic in MAME (you'll have to hit TAB and map the controls to the game). Trackball is a little tight, but played very well on Golden Tee. The only mod I've made is to change the right joystick to a 4-way only, while keeping the left as an 8-way. I purchased a SANWA square restrictor plate, which was rotated from square to diamond. Made a huge difference playing the sped-up version of Ms. Pacman.
Next I fired up some Visual Pinball and played with the side buttons. That worked great as well. I only had to re-map the left flipper button.
All-in-all, this was (is?) a fantastic deal. Congrats to everyone using the puck and fooling around with Sauce, but I didn't care about that. Was simply looking for a well-made setup for MAME and Visual Pinball.

On PC, Others have mentioned PinballFX3 steam being possible. I eventually tried that game successfully using "XOUTPUT", by creating 2 virtual xbox360 controls to mimic & they are activated so the Game pro controls are recognized as 2 Xbox360 controllers. Only bad thing is I have to configure a few pinball buttons "in game" , for each and every time I want to boot up the game. The controls don't save in my game for some reason. I also played Pinball Arcade & Stern PBA using Xoutput.
My pc games: Pinball Arcade "In game Button Configuration" is as follows: (Pinball FX3 has the same Flippers, and plungers key configurations)
Left Flipper -LB
Right Flipper - RB
2nd Left flipper - "Left Joystick side bottom button"
2nd Right flipper - "Right Joystick side bottom button"
Plunger manual control - D pad down
Plunger Button - Button A or "Right Joystick side bottom button"
Nudge left - D pad right
Nudge right - D pad left
Nudge up - D pad up
Nudge down - Back(P1) or Rewind Button

**** I also need to look into modding one of my joysticks with a restrictor plate like you...either square or octagonal---never knew we could do this and that it makes a difference.
Update: Visual VPinmame and Future pinball: My Vpinmame Button mapping tips:
Button15 (left flipper), Button7 (atgames button Exit game)
Button6(Right flipper), Button10 (Start game)
Button8 (Plunger), Button13 (add credit)
Button16or14? (left nudge), Button 1 (right nudge)
More Future pinball buttons:
Button2 (B) (Special 1)
Button1 (A) (Special 2)
Button14 (Change Camera)
X-axis(NudgeX)
Y-axis(NudgeY)
? (Left 2nd Flipper)
? (Right 2nd Flipper)
? (Pause)
Button5(Y) (Look at Backbox)

I also installed sauce and it provides a really nice coinopsx interface, bezels and artwork, but logging in every 5 uses may be needed, and may annoy some people who just want it to work all the time.
Still it's a great option to have another way to use this controller, and just connect it to an hdtv, not having to fire up a computer or laptop & have 1600+ arcade games available
with preconfigured controls esp. games using 2 joysticks: robotron, crazy climber, etc.
other things to note: usb flash drives may get hot and eventually burn out & stop working. So be prepared to make a backup usb drive in case this happens after long term use.

probably easier to go for the GRS model you linked.

Interestingly I also ran across a GRS Tron Controller mod, but the part is out of stock, & expensive/rare on ebay >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D5ogpPl

But I think different random usb flash drives & brands are hit or miss on speed. I've only used Sandisk ultra so far, and I know they are not the best but seem ok so far.
(usb Longevity issue: usb drive durability with heat and fast speed performance can vary from different usb drives).

1. The controls on this thing are a definite step up from the cheap USB controllers I got from Amazon that I think I spent like $40 on (without the trackball).
2. CoinOpsX has a really nice interface, although I prefer the customizations available with a RetroPie build.
3. The lag with BT is noticable, but not horrible if not using the trackball. The trackball games are unusable for me with BT. Wired doesn't seem to have a problem though.
4. The fact that the Puck doesn't have an On/Off button is really stupid. Right now, I'm just unplugging the puck to turn it off.. but will soon have to figure out a better way to do this.
5. I don't like the fact that CoinOpsX essentially needs to keep a connection to phone home every once in a while.. so offline won't work for it.
6. Not sure why, but my display is outputtting to 720p even though my TV is 1080p. Anyone else having this weird issue?
7. Hooking this up to a Windows PC, it's automatically recognized, but buttons and controls are not mapped to what you would expect, so I'll have to figure out a remapping tool to get it to work it looks like.
8. The build is pretty good.. but the plastic bottom feels a little cheap.
Overall.. Excellent value! Just the controls itself without the puck is probably worth $100.
