Unless you are using this in a studio, I would not expect decent quality.
This is from a guy who worked sound for years.
Also, it's cardioid.
SDers, if you want a cheap but decent lav, get a $30 J-mic 044 in the jack of your choice (TRS, TRRS, etc) and skip the bottom-of-the-barrel junk.

An omni mic is good / acceptable for music, chorus even guitar or piano.
For voice, cartioid - heart-shaped - pickup is generally better.

For a guy who worked in sound, it's strange you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. Nearly all pro lav mics are omnidirectional: Countryman, Sanken, dpa, etc. That's the whole point of a lav mic: proximity to speaker makes the voice louder than noise, with flexible placement options on the body and sound levels that don't drop when you turn your head. Or are you going to tell all of Broadway, Hollywood, and TV industries they're wrong?

this will be too sure for most. it's only 3ft long, otherwise try it out.
Deception says 1.5m length.
That's 4.92ft!

whoops math is off. still would recommend a longer one if you can't be close to a desk or laptop for whatever reason

Yes, I spelled cardioid wrong but in the "old days" our main concern for live events was feedback and I only used omnis in certain locations, and usually for instruments. I absolutely avoided omnis for speaking or vocals.
And if you know sound people, everyone has their own opinion about what to use and brands to rely on.
Have you ever heard of an omni with "noise reduction" other than to lower the input pot? Maybe things are different in the digital world and you can tell alexa or Google assistant or jarvis to lower it for you.
Be interesting to hear what people think about this mic.
