No. You can switch SIM cards freely after RSIM unlock.
There's no separate airtime card. The plan/airtime is preloaded with the bundle (phone+SIM)
total wireless will give you a hard time because it's well past the 7 days, and even with some customers that tried to return before the 7 days, they had lots of trouble.
You can try apple but more than likely it has an aftermarket battery and screen. if so, they will deny the repair.
when you received the phone, did you get one with a plastic film over the screen?
I ordered one for my uncle and it did not come with any type of film over the screen. Usually the ones that have the film means it has an aftermarket screen. Also, if the battery percentage is at 100% when it arrives, it usually means it had the battery replaced since these are 'reconditioned'

If you use the rsim for the first time then you have to input the iccid #. My XR was automatically unlock was because I've use the rsim for the iphone 6s before that's why the iccid was saved to the rsim.

maybe you have to update the phone to 14.6 first
