Amazon [amazon.com] has the TCL 10L for $175 after clipping coupon.

This is the same deal that has hit the frontpage multiple times.

Better off waiting for another round of deals on the Moto G Power/Stylus. Better support, less software issues and stable battery.

I have this phone and it's not bad. It's definitely a budget phone with some issues that are a little annoying but it works well and has a big bright screen and fast charging.

Anybody use this on Verizon? How hard is it to get it working? Some reviews say "all you have to do is get a special CDMA-less SIM and call VZW and it was easy" while some reviews say "you have to get a special CDMA-less SIM and call VZW over and over trying to find someone who knows how to deal with it and it is a giant pain." laugh out loud

Thanks for putting these on my radar. They look interesting... the 6GB of RAM on this is pretty tempting vs 4GB (or less) on everything else in the price range.

Also $5 off with code TCLMPSDL.

Heads up that the Moto Power 2020 is actually a better phone than the 2021 model and can often be found cheaper.

I bought this phone a few months ago. It's driving me crazy. I'm on slickdeals procrastinating when I'm supposed to be trying to get any important data off my TCL 10L so I can reset it and hopefully that will solve my problems.

It keeps resetting all the time, or just turning off. I just realized that it hasn't been saving any photos I've been taking for the last few weeks. It just crashes when I try to open those photos and they are 0 kb. I also can't attach any photos to any texts. I discovered that last week.

I'm having the same problem with voicemail messages, where I can't listen to them.

This phone is driving me crazy. I'm hoping that resetting it will help. If not, I'm not sure what I'm going to do.
Did a reset solve your problem?

No. After resetting things were pretty much the same, but after a while the only problem I keep having is the constant freezing and restarting of the phone. When I took all my photos and audio-recordings off my phone, it kept crashing and resetting, so that was a nightmare. After resetting the phone, and trying to put stuff on (like audiobooks and some music) it kept crashing constantly too, so it continued to be a nightmare. I don't know if it still has that problem because I haven't tried to put stuff on the phone since I reset it.

The seller keeps repeating to me to use a particular app to contact support, but that app is not on the phone. As an alternative, the seller keeps telling me to go to a website or phone number that is on "page 90" of the manual. It did not come with a manual, so both of these instructions seem annoying and pointless. I looked up the manual online and found the page he was referring to and went to the website, but it does not help and has no way to take advantage of the warranty. I used the phone number and after asking for my IMEI number, the system just hung up on me.

I got busy with other stuff, but I came back to address the problem yesterday and I gave that number another try and someone answered this time. They said they were just for tech support, not for getting a refund. I said I don't need tech support. I need a refund (because I've been so traumatized by this phone, I already just bought a new phone, though I haven't taken it out of the package), so I didn't take advantage of that. After contacting the seller again, I realize that I need to go through the process with the tech support to try to fix my phone before they will offer a refund, so I'm going to do that when I get some time.
