Yes the Sport Loop is super light and comfortable. The biggest thing I love about the sport loop is it doesn't make your wrist sweat or leave a mark over time. Plus it has like moisture wicking properties.

I really don't like these loops and probably one of the worse type of bands you have to squeeze your hand through to put them on.

Either you haven't tried or are talking about the new Solo Loop (only sound at Apple) that came out last Fall not the Sport Loop unless you have gigantic hands. They come in sizes like shoes and are brutal to get on but once on you don't even notice it until you need to take it off.

That is what I said, hard to put on and off. Not talking about loop. Once its on then I am fine.
