Surprised this wasn't posted already, but I couldn't seem to find it. This 34" monitor from Costco was a popular FP deal not too long ago for $280 and now it is back $10 cheaper.

(Sorry I'm posting from my phone so links are mobile.)

Let's get some obligatory comments out of the way
-"4ms response time"
-"only 75hz"
-"no usb-c?"
-"good for productivity work but not gaming"
-"300 nits VA panel for anyone wondering"
-"seems like a good deal but wish it was curved"
-"anyone know if this is vesa compatible?" (It is)

I got this monitor during the last deal and love it for general work.

My wife has this monitor for her Mac mini. It's a good monitor for the price, but it's not curved. Unlike my monoprice one I use for work, it's annoying sometimes that I can't see the sides without having to move my instead of just scanning with my eyes.
Features:

3440 x 1440 Resolution

75 Hz Refresh Rate

4ms Response Time

21:9 Aspect Ratio

HDMI & Display Port Cables Included
3440/2560 = 1.34
It's exactly the same height as your 27" but you'll lose about 2/3rds of the second monitor.

Nice deal, almost wish I didn't receive good monitors for home use from my company so I'd have an excuse to get this. Smilie

For Discover cardholders, don't forget you can get 5% cash back from warehouses and Costco.com takes Discover online.

I'm currently using 2 x 24" monitors for work from home but it's not 'elegant'. Should I pick this up or get that monster 49" Acer that Costco also carries?

I just got one off ebay for $242 no tax, Certified Refurbished.

I should have waited. New and 3 months to return is better.

I'm using 4 of these for stock trading which works out great. However if your gonna do any gaming at all the 49" curve is the holy grail.

Has anyone moves from a 32" 4K to Ultra wide 34" +? Just for general usage and minimal gaming.... I know you lose top screen space and less resolution... will it look bad pixels from a foot away?

Friends dont let other friends buy 34" ultrawides that arent curved with VA panels...you're really going to wish you had that curve with a VA ultrawide.

I'd recommend neither, but if you had to get one I'd say go with the 34".

I own this 34" monitor and it's quite good, however it definitely needed to be curved.
The 49" acer is only FHD. My co-worker has a 34" ultrawide FHD monitor and honestly it looks like shit, so I can only imagine how lousy FHD is going to look on a 49" ultrawide.
