I just found out that my ADT Smartthings system is no longer works starting today. I was upset at first but then I found that Samsung is offering a refund. I submitted it and it shows ridiculous amount for estimated refund over $800!
When you submit request for refund at the link provided they send you a link to submit refund itself. You will need the serial # of the ADT kit and you can also add some sensors like smoke CO leak and motion. I had a bunch like 6 smoke, 6 CO, 5 leak and couple motion sensors.
I know it's not a deal, but if I even get the half of what they say it would be very slick.
I hope this post helps people who bought the kits and sensors when they went on sale in 2019. As I understand the cut off for refund is 3 years from the purchase date.

The program comes off as being super customer friendly but in reality you have to work for it. They have been sitting on my $300 refund for over a month after receiving my hub and all the sensors.....
Still pretty slick if they ever pay up!
You need receipts, too, don't you?

The devices purchased between March 01, 2019, to Feb 29, 2020, would be eligible for a 67% refund
The devices purchased between March 01, 2018, to Feb 29, 2019, would be eligible for a 33% refund of the actual amount which you have paid excluding taxes at the time of purchase.
At the end after I've sent them all receipts they still offered almost $800. The problem is that I've sent all the equipment over a month ago and nothing is happening. Will update later.
