I mentioned the offer to my wife who is a Chase employee and she pulled it up on her internal system. It had a note that they had additional offers if you apply in a branch. You get the 100k points, 1st year AF waived, and a $50 grocery credit. So essentially an extra $145 for applying in the branch.
Wow. No brainer if you are eligible for the bonus.
I signed up for 80k offer just last week. Can I get chase to make it 100k?

Does anyone know if I apply for Amazon prime card the same day as this one, will it constitute as a single hard query on my credit report since both cards are issued by Chase?
You are insufferable. Have fun yelling at the kids to get off your lawn until you are in a retirement home watching our generation fix the mess of a world you have created
Yes and gen z or whoever comes after them will say the same about you lol. It's a never ending cycle. You make it sound like this is something new.
Read my response carefully. We have been doing these deals at SD for decades. Longer than some of you that have been alive. We know what we are doing and talking about. Spend your 4k and wait for the bonus to be posted. Screen shot everything. Watch for data points from other posters. You haven't even spent your 4k yet and you are already worried you don't have the bonus lol. Patience is a virtue.
The person you are responding to probably never seen a deal like this before. Some credit card issuers show how much you need to spend to receive the bonus... Capital One, for instance, has a chart showing it. You're being a douche here.

Did you get the $50 grocery bonus as well?
Yes! I had multiple payments smaller than $50 and I received grocery credit equal to each of the payments, expect the last one.. the credit was the amount needed to bring the total credit to $50.
Also, for anyone wondering: I applied in branch. Banker had no idea about the 100k, he could only see 80k. I showed him the memo and he said he'd never seen that and it doesn't even look legit. He also didn't see the $50 grocery credit on his screen. Despite all that, I got the AF waived, $50 grocery credit, and 100k bonus (shown as 80k + 20k).
I think you can all safely apply in branch and not even mention the offer. The banker doesn't have to anything, obviously, since mine didn't.

Just stopped at a branch. No go! Only give you 80k points, but do waive af and $50 grocery credit
Wow, that is an incredibly stupid response. I want to be sure the bonus was applied. Chase has the capability for me to check, and it appears my bonus may not have been applied. I want to see if anyone else is seeing the same or if I need to contact Chase.

Well. Did you bother READING some of the responses? There is a thread search feature too. It takes a couple days for the tracker to show up even in the mobile app. Put on your big boy pants and READ. OR, get lectured by the grumpy. Your choice.

No. He is not. This is the FIRST time Chase has had the tracker. I am a first timer here myself too. BUT. I did read all the posts ALL pages too. This missing tracker thing is on every other page of the thread if not on all of them.
I think everyone will get the same offers at the branch no matter what the banker tells you. These offers are not branch specific, the bankers are just not up to date on the offers. Am I wrong?
Pretty much, yeah. Chase isn't a franchise or anything. All of their branches are under the same corporate umbrella and computer systems. It's just that some of the individual bankers actually are more diligent about reading their emails and are more informed than others so that's where the large variance comes from. However, they're all doing the same deals in the same computer systems, most likely.
If you secure message them and the person answering is on the ball, their current canned response says any in-branch apps between June 3 and July 17 will get the 80k+20k offer. And we have multiple independent data points in this thread confirming that so far. Past that date, no one knows yet. It could stay at 100k and extend for a while or drop back to a lower number.
Also to the other person, sorry but they changed Sapphire limits from 24 months to 48 months a few years ago.

are you confused? what are you even responding to?
Just got approved today. With this bonus transferred to Avios plus my AMEX points transferred and my current Avios balance, I'll have enough for three business class tickets to Dublin next year. Very excited!

From what I've read, it looks like it's only until July 17th.
