This popular clamp fan is now available for in store pickup. Seems to be available at some of the zip codes I checked. Just snagged 3 for some future trips.

Another option as these are OOS.
- Buy the 2 4Ah batteries + (free) 150W inverter for $100.
- Buy a mini 4" fan at Walmart for $5. Uses 50 Watt.

A couple weeks ago most of my stores had a dozen+ of these. Now 0. Resellers are annoying.

Resellers are scumbags. Can't tell you how many times I've gone into WalMart and they've told me "yeah some guy just came in 10 minutes ago and bought all 20". That's why I always call first now on any WalMart deal.
Don't blame just the resellers. Most Ryobi tool users are buying more than one when they find them and from what I've seen stores that got them only got 15. I'm in a few Ryobi FB groups and these are a very hot topic in all the groups. I don't agree with all the hype.

Hope Milwaukee or Makita take notes. My wife really wanted to get one of these when she saw one of these in the park. I don't have Ryobi batteries, so makes no sense to pay $50 for the battery to buy a $20 fan.

On the Ryobi Site these fans are listed as coming soon. I assume the first run was just limited and these will be coming back in stores.

I hope so ... I know someone who crates dogs for shows and this would be awesome for that.

Sure, but if you're new to Ryobi tools and don't have either of the fans then the 10" fan is a much better deal, either for $20 from Direct Tools Outlet or free with the purchase of a battery set.

There's a reason that the MSRP on this one is $20 and the MSRP on the hybrid 10" fan is $50.
Depends on your use. I have both. I like both. The smaller fan in this deal is going on my kayak where the bigger fan wouldn't work. So application defines what is more useful or a better deal. This gives a solution the 10" one doesn't and getting a good battery powered fan for the same $19 is not easy. Don't even suggest the cheap ones on Amazon with misters. Having picked up this Ryobi and comparing to other ones I've owned, this one blows them out of the water (literally). So size doesn't always define what is a better deal or not.

Bought 2 and home depot just called to say they're out of stock... Sucks! Was really looking forward to using them at work.

Kayaking? These aren't water resistant

I called them last Thursday and they said they were going to ship me again the fans or see why they got stuck... but still same tracking number stuck at "label created".
You inspired me to wait 30mins on a call. Found out it was stuck and she had to reach out to them to ship. Glad I didn't wait.
