Managed to snag the last Batman one at my WM. For those struggling to hunt one down, it wasn't in the Flash Drive section or the Comics/Collectibles section for me, it was on an endcap mixed with pop sockets/card holders.

Managed to snag 2 from my store! Wonder Woman and Superman were the choices

and there were at least a half dozen of each left.

Like the post above me, if you're looking for these, they're not with the other flash drives. For me, they were in their own cardboard display (same as in OP's picture) right at the edge of the electronics department.

I found 13 in one local store. They were all buried in cardboard display bins near electronics. The bins were filled with phone cases, chargers, remote controls, and all kinds of mixed crappola. Some on clearance, and some full blown retail. Funny thing: BS shows $1 price and my phone app says $1 but at the checkout they rang $5 for each type. It took the manager (a v. helpful chap) to override down to a $1 each, which was what also scanned on his hand held price reader.

The drives are nice for the price. The little chain looks cute on it.

I called all of my local Walmarts to let the employees know that these exist and there's probably going to be a lot of people asking for them so they should put them in a good spot. Did I do it right? I think so, because most of them laughed and said thanks. Some of them mispronounced "champ" and called me "chump" instead. Strange stuff.

Brickseek was accurate for my nearby store that normally doesn't have any deals. Picked up 9 (3 of each) at $1. They were in a $9.88 cardboard display with no indication of them being on sale. Thanks OP.
