Cheapest phone to buy and trade is the OnePlus 7T.


Tons available for ~$150

Just be careful for OLED burn-in, not sure how picky AT&T trades are. A lot of display model phones with burn-in on eBay.


Not sure if any phones on that list are non-OLED.

Well it's $800 + tax AND a phone. So realistically, more like at least $1K+ assuming you already have or buy the absolute lowest value phone that qualifies.
