and yes it was purchased on the website. it came up with an appointment for a store 3hrs away. but when I selected my local store it said I'd have to call......

Call the bestbuy store, hit # then 2214 or 2241, i forgot but thats the install bay number.
However when your order, your order will have a schedule appointment button show up. Reason being based on the car, they will ship the kit and harness to the store.
Just got this installed on sunday on a 2021 Audi Q7 3.0...i had gotten conflicting info if the harness would work on 2021 models, one master tech said it wouldn't, called manufacturer and they said it would. Another store master tech said he had it done on another 2021 Audi. All in all, it was plug n play per him, no wire splicing needed and so far this is working flawless.
Keep in mind, with Audi, you loose one keyfob since its needed next to the system without battery to bypass security. Its hidden and unactive so vehicle cannot be started

Thanks! I did get rhe schedule appointment button. But the store i usually use and all the others close said I had to call the store to schedule. Lol
I'll give the extension a try.
