$17.14/TB for anyone interested.
I believe these are historically shuckable.

https://shucks.top/ indicates this is the best price in a long time.
I paid $189.99 bestbuy last October.
I think I'll sit this one out and wait for closer to that again.. if it ever happens

$189.99 was the price I paid for EasyStore 14TB on Oct 31 2020. I have no idea what the difference is with the Elements, EasyStore and MyBook. I bought 7 EasyStores for that price for my file server. https://pcpartpicker.com/b/PvJbt6 I think I have seen these for this price once since then but I'm not sure. BTW No major problems encountered since build complete except one drive showed a SATA error once which may have been cause by insecure cable which I have re-seated and no errors since.

abine.com has a free email relay service I use for untrustworthy places. If I see spam I can shut off that email address and they will never get your real one.

Another trick is that if you have say [email protected], you can add a + and it will still go to your email, but you can make rules for anything sent to the new one. For example, you can use [email protected] or [email protected]. They'll still go to your inbox, but you can set up rules, or even block them entirely. I know this works for Gmail, and I believe it works for most other's as well, though I've only tried with Gmail.

Best i ever got on one of these per slick deals, was a little over 233 with tax, and that was back in march so honestly the 254 with tax im jumping on. An extra 20 with these drives having been in the 300's for the past few months is nothing to me...

If you can wait, recommend waiting until sales around Black Friday. Last year there were many good hard rice deals to be had. I recall getting 14tb for under $200.

Recently got one from BB and got same reports. Had to do the 3rd pin mod when installing it.

Yeah, I got a 12TB one a few months ago and a used Molex adaptor that came with my power supply to bypass it.
