Do you have access to Perksatwork.com with your work or anyone in the family?
You'll need the employee purchase plan portal to be able to buy the reduced price on Samsung's website.
Do you or even a friend work for some standard corporation that may have access?

Thanks for the reply!since my post I looked into it and am working with Samsung now (been on the phone for 4 hours) to get the discount. I am a state employee... but the id.me site does not have my agency listed. When trying to create a new account, the pin won't send to my email. Working on getting a supervisor now.
Damn 😳, good luck 🤞. It's worth it in the end though. $2079.99 + tax for the top of the line 75" QN90 2021 model in 4k ($2600ish for the 85") before the 8k lineup models which may be a while before it's even mainstream to watch.
Thanks again for the help. Finally got through the id.me process but it still isn't showing the $500 discount in the cart. I'm going for the 85" but it just keeps showing me the $3299 price! Ugh
Talked to a manager and they will get back to me in 2 business days. Grrrr.
The qn90A is not ideal for off center viewing.
I bought this tv (55") just for the situation you described. Bright room (too bright for OLED), mostly daytime viewing, from wide angles. For the room it's perfect (basically it's the gaming room for the kids and me). Have a Series X hooked up to it, outstanding for the 4k 120 fps. But contrast isn't as high as I'd assume most would like for a tv in this class to have. Also has only one HDMI 2.1 port. Would have bought Q90 but it was like 400 dollars more than this one at the time.
I love it, works great for my purposes, just giving some info for others to make a better decision with.
