I'm sure most microphones will pickup some background noise including your speakers. Here is a blurb from their website.

I've used a large number of microphones from cheap USB ones to pretty expensive XLR ones(both condenser and dynamic). This one was actually shockingly good for the price and size. Like razer is almost never seen as price per dollar but I'd go out on a limb and say this is probably the best microphone at this price even considering the no name ones.
I've used a lot of the cheap Amazon mics and there's some really good ones actually. But this one with good placement just sounds cleaner.
The only issue is the stand. It's too short. It's a great mic but it gains so much from being close to your mouth. It is well worth getting a real mic arm for it, the stand is so tiny you have to boost the mic too much and then you get background noise. It's night and day between desk placement and actually placed near your mouth.
Oh, and it's not pink, it's "Quartz" so some marketing guy could get paid...

A little. Depends on what software you're using with. Discord has good suppression, and even with the mic being almost in front of my speaker, people can only faintly hear themselves while I am talking.
