Homedepot has the 18V ONE+ Lithium-Ion 4.0 Ah Battery (2-Pack) for $79 plus .. wait for it.

RYOBIONE+ 18V Cordless Handheld Electrostatic Sprayer (Tool Only)

Hackable resulting in the battery pack at probably the lowest I've seen ( it shows $35 as part of the combo)

I haven't tried myself as I jumped the trigger in a previous hack deal and already seating on 2 spares batteries.

: To do the "Hack", order sprayer for shipping and batteries for pickup. You are then able to cancel the sprayer from the order confirmation link in the email.

Also, you have a very limited time to cancel. Be sure to act quickly. But it also won't let you cancel too quickly. Obviously Home Depot knows what's up, but they aren't too serious about stopping it.

Yes it used to be just a 5 minute window
Not sure what it is now though

There is no Cancel button for in-store pickup, only for shipping item. Hope this help!
Quote :
You will not be able to cancel In-store pickup item online but you can call in to ask them to cancel it for you. They usually keep pickup items for 7 days but in my experience, it takes much longer for them to cancel your pick-up items, so you should call them as soon as possible if you want refund sooner

Do you just go back and return the sprayer and they'll give you $35 or do you wait for the batteries to be shipped and the cancel the sprayer

Home depot has the ONE+ 18V Lithium-Ion 4.0 Ah Battery (2-Pack) + Free Handheld Electrostatic Sprayer for $79.

This is a great deal! If you just want the batteries, which is what I wanted, you can cancel the sprayer and get the 2 pack for only $35.06 before tax

This is my first time and I tried it, website pulls up both items up when you go to cancel, so unless there is a work around I guess you go in the store?

Just to clarify you can't cancel the items you have to wait for the store to cancel the pickup, correct?

This is an excellent deal for the batteries. I picked up the $99 deal from last year with the free item, but for this price why not get some extra batteries for backup.

You need to add the item you want (batteries) for in store pickup and add the (sprayer) ship to home. Complete purchase. Then you go to (account ) then (online orders) click on the order and it should allow you to only be able to cancel the sprayer and confirm cancellation and then you wait to receive pick up confirmation

Thanks, will give this a try!

What if I want four batteries? Just do two separate orders then?

The way I've done it is to receive both items and then go to the store to return the "free" item.

Others have been able to setup the item you want to keep for ship to home and the item you want to return as pickup in store. When you don't pickup the in-store pickup item, that portion of the order gets canceled and you get a credit back for the amount of that item.

yes. I did 2 separate orders too. For $35, might as well stock up on batteries.
