Lowe's appears to be clearing out their display push mowers today. it was normal price when I walked in but noticed on my way out that they had attached a clearance sticker. $399 normally down to $50. Other gas models on sale for the same price.
Likely to be only one or two per store so YMMV.
EDIT: I found this deal at a store in MA. It appears to not be widespread (yet?) so probably not worth a special trip to the store, but maybe worth a call or checking out the mower display row if you find yourself at Lowes
