Is the A7III body only going to be a decent price? I've been eyeing it for some time, and I think the 42mp of the A7RIII is a bit overkill for my needs.
A friend is looking at the Z7ii, and I can't find any reviews that compare it to the A7riii which is what I am leaning towards. All the reviews compare the Z7ii to the R5 and A7riv. It seems like the more direct comparison is the Riii. Any thoughts on this?
Hopefully bh matches. But yeah I'm looking for thr a7r iv to get back to its all time low of 2299 when they were trying to clear out the old a7r iv model. Or maybe have a discount on the pre-order of the a7 iv.
Buyer beware with BuyDig. Zero customer service, they'll never respond to emails, they'll charge immediately, and list items as being "in stock" when they're not. Hopefully someone else matches because they're very shady.
I tried to purchase a lens from there listed as being "in stock" and "ships same day", well they took my money immediately and it never shipped. Emailed customer service (they say they respond within 24 hours) and no response. Tried emailing again and I reached out to PayPal to step in… I finally called them and they told me, "they're out of stock" but it's still listed as in stock on the site. PayPal's claim helped to get my money back and the phone call helped as well. In total, they wasted two weeks of my time lol. So again, buyer beware.

Since the Z7II came out after the a7r4 I think that's the fairer comparison. You can review the differences between those two then the differences between the r3 and r4 on the Sony side. Obviously, if you are already invested in Nikon or Sony systems that's another thing that can have a big impact on the decision. If I had to pick based off the top of my head. I'd say the Z7II beats the A7R3
