It is indeed misleading and it was never available at a discounted price. I followed advice from someone here and called the customer care rep, they said they will honor the $70 off once the item ships to my address.
Note the deal will not be available for instore pickup.
So go ahead give the customer care a call and refer to the page 10 on the brochure and get treated to the $70 off deal.
"Upon checking here on our system this item is currently out of stock".
I then placed an online order and was charged full price.
Response: "Once you received your order or once you got a notification that your order was already shipped". "Please chat us back and provide this incident number XXXXX-XXXXX and we will process the credit adjustment in your order"

Anyway, I chatted with a nice agent. He asked me to upload a copy of the promo page. Here's the resolution;
Agent: I checked the promotion and we have this option for you, you can place the order and when the item is shipped and you get the tracking number by email, you can contact us back with this incident number xxxxx-xxxxxx and we can issue the refund for the price match.
I will add notes to the incident to avoid explaining this and you can get the refund..

Call Sam's club and ask for the discount they are honoring the deal with out any argument. Only caveat is it will be a shipping order.
