Seriously, what did you expect, it was a one day sale and it sold out. It happens. I have missed out on countless deals here by being late to the game. Not a big deal. Get over yourselves and move onto the next deal instead of acting immature by complaining or being butt hurt because they won't bend over backwards for you.
Which is the best of the free phones?
Not only will they be locked to T-Mobile, but don't be surprised by the fact that budget phones like these slice and dice which bands they support based upon the operator which sold them. In other words, this is not the same phone as similarly named model from Verizon, and would have different capacity to support functionality on networks outside of T-Mobile (they're all probably 100% fine enough for AT&T).

Presumably the only reason the LG is on this list is because they've abandoned the Android market. Otherwise, it does not belong in the category of free phone and will surely go out of stock VERY quickly after this deal goes live. The other freebie Samsung phones are somewhere between cruel jokes and OK as a dummy device to run your remote control app.

Good luck!

Not sure if you can.

I don't see a max/account limit stated. How many can we get? One each? Did anyone try? I just ordered an LG and that checkout worked fine.

I wish there was a better iPhone deal similar to the Mother's Day promo.
Might be 3 per lines, my 4 try and it's making me pay $180 down payment but still getting for $400 bill credit though lol

⚠️ You are limited to one promotional bill credit at a time per line ⚠️ If the line already has promotional bill credits from old promotions you will lose those credits. You MUST pay off the device to move the credits over to the account level to sign up for new Recurring device credits on that line. THIS WORDING IS DIRECTLY FROM T-MOBILE'S website support page for RDC Recurring device credits also known as promotional bill credits. So DO NOT DO THIS ON A LINE THAT HAS DEVICE BILL CREDITS ATTACHED TO ITS EIP

" You may have one Recurring Device Credits (RDC) promo per line at a time. To get a new Recurring Device Credits (RDC) promo and keep your current credit, you must pay off the existing EIP first.
If you pay off your EIP early, you'll continue to receive the promised Recurring Device Credits (RDC) as an account-level credit through the remaining months of the promotional credit period (up to 24 or 36 months)."

Just didn't see too much point in going past a couple... but that might be crazy talk from too little sleep?

Good luck!

No I have 8 lines. But those lines already have EIP from previous free phones deals like this one.
Do you think we can do two LG Velvet upgrades on a single line within minutes apart on the same day?

Ordered one of each color of the LG using two lines - one phone per line. The A10e page doesn't load for me when I look at upgrades. Is that the case for everyone else? A11 loads fine.

Yes, that the one I tried to order but get the "must change plans" on both desktop and phone app.
Not sure why some are having an issue getting the LG.

I am on a grandfathered 55+ plan. Just now clicked on the link here using my browser on my desktop. I was already logged in on my T-Mobile account. I clicked Shop now, velvet 5G, upgrade now and it asked which line I want to upgrade. I selected the same one I used earlier, skipped trade in, accessories and I could have bought it. I guess I could have gotten a second one but I only need one so I canceled out

It only allows me to add device, without selecting a post paid plan the check out is disabled. Only if I select some unlimited plan checkout is enabled.

Retried ordering from scratch on my phone and finally realized that the "Add a line" command had dropdown options which included "Upgrade". Then completed the checkout process. Time for some z-z-z-zzz nw.

nice!

I finally done with my 8 lines.

No more lines available for free upgrades. All lines are getting credit.
Have you tried upgrading to two new phones (for example two LG Velvet on a single line? You think it's allowed?

Was just about to do the REVVL 5G on us w/ any trade in deal, but my gut told me to wait to Black Friday/Cyber Monday to see if they change the free 5G phone offering.

Velvet is a much better phone, and I don't have to worry about shipping a rando junk phone trade in. My gut was right!
