They could do better packaging, some of the protectors came damaged; however, most of the bike was in good shape. Take photos before you open the box. Only issue I had was the front fender bolts were too short (6mm-1 x 16mm) and had to buy 6mm-1 x 20 mm (https://www.lowes.com/pd/Hillman-...t/50088782) to install the fender.
It will arrive as a Class II ebike (limited to 19.8 mph) and you will need to unlock it to get Class III - 25 mph (40 kph). To unlock the class III speed, press [+]&[-] followed immediately with [-]&[i] which has the speed and tire size menus, speed is in kph with a max of 40 [not 45 which is 28 mph], and tire size is in inches.
While in Class II real life range on hills is about 20-22 miles in PA5, in Class III it is about 16-18 miles with +/- 260 lbs of rider and gear, it is nowhere near
claimed amount on their website. Also with this weight, if you do a long gentle climb (where the motor and speed is less than maximum the motor will cutout - likely from overheating even in cool weather) -- TurboAnt tech support has yet to get back to me on this issue after they said they forwarded the information to the motor manufacturer.
To get a better speed read out, even though it has 26 inch wheels, set it to 28 inch for a closer to true speed reading as it uses the rolling circumference to figure out your speed and with 4" on top of 26" you should be using 28/29".
It does NOT have bottle bosses, nor can you buy a rear rack from TurboAnt. However, I did find a rear rack that will fit perfectly from https://www.hjmbike.com/products/toury-rear-rack that took a little over two weeks to arrive. You will also need the following 4-pin 80cm cable to move the tail light from the seatpost to the back of the rear rack at https://smile.amazon.co
I also reworked the cable management and fabricated (aluminum cold-cut metal work) bottle holders and folding lock holder that attaches to the front mount - let me know if you guys & gals that are handy need a parts/tool list for this 'hack'.

I really like the RAD and Ariel rider bikes. For this price you can get an AR rideal, but you will be missing:
Fat tires
Adjustable Front shocks
Included fenders
This turboant is however comparable to the RAD Rover 6- which comes in at 2x this bikes discounted price.
Most Chinese made direct to consumer 4" Fat Tire, 750W, 48V e-bikes with similar specs (low end brand name parts) are +/- $1500 which makes this a decent value for the money. However, being on the cheaper end for this style of bike, I find their tech support rather lacking -- I believe this is where TurboAnt is skimping as they still have not addressed an intermittent motor issue that I have given them two videos that a new bike should not have (ridden for a week when I first notified them of the issue).
