As a point of reference, I bought and returned one of the Lenovo ThinkBook 15 Gen 3 from BF. Really wanted to like that laptop but the display was unacceptable, at least for me. This LG cost perhaps $50-70 more than the ThinkBook but a much better value for me. About the only negative I can find is the inability to upgrade RAM but at 16GB, more than adequate for my uses.

2 in 1. There is no first party docking station. The power button is at the wrong place and cannot be used in clamshell mode with 3rd party docking stations.

I think one pro for the Gram is the aspect ratio since the Samsung is 16:9. But then again I think it depends on your use cases. At this price you can't go wrong with either.
Galaxy book pro and 360 have Amoled screen if it matters
