But, as someone in the electronics field, I have tried many brands. In my experience, the price discount is never worth the frustration of poor-quality tape. The "critical" reviews on Amazon seem to indicate that this tape is no exception.
The most common weaknesses I've seen are:
Traits apparent at application:
Inelasticity (does not recoil enough after being slightly stretched).
adhesive residue (sometimes).
Traits only apparent after time:
vinyl hardening
lack of UV resistance
shrinkage
adhesive residue or breakdown.
Scotch 33+ and 35 (colored variant) are the only tapes my company uses and now the only tapes I buy for myself.
With all that being said, this pack works out to be considerably cheaper than the Scotch brands. If you get these, I suggest that you at least do some experiments with it, using the Scotch as control. I would further suggest that if you actually plan on using this for wiring, save the next guy (which could be yourself) some trouble and buy the good stuff. Also, this is a quick read for application tips: https://multimedia.3m.c
And no, I am not a shill for Scotch/3M, but I have used miles of their tape.

I've bought electrical tape from harbor freight in the past which was cheap but it was junk...threw it away
Less than $.50 per roll shipped with tax. Good deal for cheap-o electrical tape.
