TSR-700 is a good receiver, especially at the release prices, but it's limited to 24gbps HDMI 2.1. This one has 40gbps. This means that you can do 4k/120hz/DV without limiting the chroma subsampling.

These are both Costco specific models:
TSR-700 = RV-V6A
TX-NR6050 =? TX-NR6100

I've been reading past threads on the Costco receivers and this seems to be the best investment, spec-wise. I'd been patiently waiting for it to come back in stock so I can finally try it out for myself!

Has anyone had issues with the shipping? I bought it twice and both times they shipped it in its retail box which got banged up pretty badly with holes big enough to see the connectors on the receiver. I didn't want to chance wasting time setting them up so I returned them.

Does this have full HDMI 2.1 at 44gbps or is it 22gbps like on the Yamaha TSR700?

EDIT: answered in the comment below this one.
