Don't doubt it. I actually bought an R3 a few months ago due to the R7 not coming down in price and having never having had arrows was willing to live without them at that price.
I'm listing deal prices from before the chip shortage for people who are not following the prices for those items to know what is a deal. Those deal prices are in line with the current deal in the OP (since you haven't been able to find the R3 for this price lately either) so you can assume that the other ones are hopefully coming down soon.
