but basically you side load a button remapper for buttons that aren't attached to an app on your fire stick. Then the remapper app allows you to select a new app to launch. I, for instance, replaced disney+ with PLEX.

4k max is a little bit snappier than the 4k and I like the extra app buttons (which I reprogrammed to plex). I felt it was worth the minor upgrade over a 4k.

Code worked for me. I tried it with and without trade-in device. FYI, the extra $5 you get when you trade-in applies instantly in the cart. Can also stack with 10% reward points if you use Amazon CC

Drop it at a local ubreakifix store. You get instant trade in credit the moment you walk out of the door

Code also worked for me with two previous purchases of the max

You can't on the website. Got to send in your old one and you get the discount added as a promotion to your account. Took like 10 days for me.
