I bought it for $349 at Amazon about a month ago. Check 3 camels for price history on Amazon.
Also, don't update the firmware when you buy it. People are reporting massive issues with Vizio firmware.

Vizio soundbars are a headache but provide great sound for the price. If you're willing to deal minor sync issues. I have the 5.1.4 version of previous gen I paid $300 for. Have it on an Amazon switch which I have to reset every several days.
