What I usually do is order the battery form pickup and the room for delivery. The methods have to be different so that there is more than one charge and therefore they be cancelled independently.

Usually people do the one they don't want, as Store Pick up, then the other item as Shipped 2 Home. Sometimes those options aren't available but it'll still work which ever you decide.
Just did the deal yesterday I selected store pickup for the battery but there is no option to cancel it online or in the app but I just called and they canceled it for me, something to keep in mind
In for one. These deals usually don't work in Alaska, because the batteries usually aren't in stock or it's a tool with a battery included, they won't ship lithium-ion to Alaska. This one worked because the battery was in stock and the tool was shipped. Canceled the battery and waiting for the tool.
I ordered the string trimmer & hedge trimmer for store pick up and batteries ship to home, then canceled the batteries. The blower wasnt in stock for store pick up so i did ship to home with battery for store pick up.
