I purchased 3 of this exact drive from Newegg recently and they threw the bare drives in just a foil pouch into a large box with no padding or shipping material. They arrived dented and imho destroyed. Currently returning for a refund. I wonder if one of you will get my damaged disks.

Same thing happened a few years ago, shipped without any padding. 2 drives just in foil in a shoe box sized box. Never ordered drives from them again no matter if they are the cheapest.

I guess that means all their bad press from Gamer's Nexus and friends wasn't enough to change their shitty customer service. Personally, they've been on my shitlist for over a decade at this point for selling used shit as new, refusing to take returns or refunds, and getting the BBB to close the complaint I made without any resolution. Looks like they're still the worst.
