my first order got canceled due to 'unusual activity' by walmart's credit and fraud team. Did anybody else run into this issue?
No issue here

I've had this for almost a year and it is quite frustrating. It constantly alarms that the dust sensors are dirty, and then it doesn't finish vacuuming and returns to charge and never finishes (it used to). At this price, it may be worth the aggravation, but be warned.

This is an incredible deal for this... but just fyi mine has some really weird mapping issues compared to the roborock s5 we had. Even though it knows exactly where it is, it has a very hard time getting back to the dock at times. It went towards the complete opposite direction and got stuck in a corner most recently. I don't know if it is a weird interaction with my floors or what. We are considering getting a different model entirely for downstairs and just using this one on the carpeted upstairs.
Which is odd because roborock and ecovacs have the same parent company. The software is almost identical.

I have this bot and it's amazing! Works well. Has way more features than my neato. I do wish it out had a sightly larger vacuum opening.

Decided to pull the trigger to replace my Roomba from 5+ years ago... Anyone have any experience with the reusable bags for the base station?

Apparently this requires a single use bag for the self empty canister, and thus requires additional costs to run in the regular with this feature. Anyone find a reusable option for the bag?

That's the pro model. This one doesn't have 3d laser to avoid objects
I have the N8+ I bought for Christmas at Best Buy , it does have sensors for avoiding objects and obstacles. This guy works great. I don't think the mop function is great, but everything else about it is.

Either you have the pro model... Or you are high...

The non pro model in this deal simply doesn't have the 3d laser sensor to avoid objects...

It'd be a great upgrade, you'll be amazed by the auto empty bin and lidar navigation.

Those bags last about one month... You can either clean them out and reuse with a shop vacuum.... Or you can buy replacements.... Genuine bags cost about$5 a bag while the off brand cost around$2
All available on Amazon. Works excellent

Can this be programmed where to mop? We have a combination of hardwood and carpets.
Thanks

The mop function is basically useless. Just a wet cloth that sticks at the bottom. Makes the floor wet, thats it. Does nothing more. Its not effective at all.

It does use front mounted lasers as well as the lidar to detect objects in front of it. Says right on the manual it can avoid objects that are least 3/4" high. I have found this to be the cases. Only small cords don't get noticed. Everything else it avoids.

I bought knock off bags from Amazon for cheap. They don't seal perfectly like the oem ones but they do the job.
