I'm willing to pay $20 more for Costco awesome return and warranty policies.

I would pay $50 more to buy at Costco and not have to deal with manufacturer's warranty department
1st post. Can 100% say that doesn't matter w macs. I'm a professional designer and still love my 8GB RAM MacBook because it has MagSafe, SD card slot, and usb A ports

This is also the 7 core version where as the Costco deal is 8 core. Not the same model.
Huh, you're right! My fault.
USB C only is dealt with easily by buying USB to USB C adapters on Amazon. Like $10.
Only caveat is the battery does not last long.
I upgraded from a 2015 Air, and it was a very noticeable decline in battery life.
Other than that it's amazing!

I came from a Dell XPS so this long battery life was something I never experienced before. I can get 10+ hrs out of it on battery, is that lower than 2015 MBA?
