Acer Recertified via eBay has the XC-830-UW91 slim desktop computer for $99.99 with free shipping. 12% off is automatically applied at checkout for a final price of $87.99. Intel Celeron J4125 quad-core processor up to 2.7GHz, 4GB DDR4 SDRAM expandable to 8GB, 256GB M.2 PCIe SSD, 802.11AC and Bluetooth, native 4K HDMI with Intel UHD Graphics 600 and HD Audio 5.1 surround, gigabit ethernet, 4- USB 2.0 and 2- USB 3.1 ports, VGA, PCIe X16 expansion slot (low profile), DVD/RW, SD card reader, Windows 10 Home. This desktop is WIndows 11 ready and Acer says that the upgrade to Windows 11 is free. Includes wired keyboard and mouse,
Reviews say that boot time is a lightning fast 13 seconds, and that fan noise is virtually nonexistent. I just ordered one as a new media PC. I'll upgrade RAM to 8GB prior to use; Intel UHD Graphics 600 shares system memory so 8GB is advised for best performance when streaming or playing 4K content. I wouldn't use this machine for high end gaming, but it should do well with pretty much everything else you throw at it, including fairly heavy office work. This is a really low cost option for replacing an older desktop with the latest technology; I have 2 slim Acer desktops and they're surprisingly good performers. One has 20,000+ hours on it with zero issues.

Obviously, it depends what you want to do, but for a normal person? They will throw this out the window.
for $70 more you get a much better CPU, and double the ram
The PSU on this is even more limited than the $203 one , think i read it says 65 watts..
The $203 one has 300 watt power supply, this one is also capped at a maximum of 8 gb of ram while the other one can have up to 32 gb max. intel hd graphics 600 vs 630 so you also get better integrated graphics on the other one ...
If you have the extra $70 don't buy this in fact, if you don't have the $70 extra just wait until you do , its not worth getting this one over than other one

Guy: Hi! I'm looking for a car for my Mom; I want to spend about $11,500
Salesman: It's your lucky day! We have this Corvette that I can let go for an even 20 grand.
Guy: Yeah she doesn't want or need something that fancy, and it's more than I want to spend. How about this Malibu over here? It's really clean and looks almost brand new, might be just what she needs, and it's in my price range. Says $11,995 on the windshield.
Salesman (laughing) Dude that Malibu will only do 114MPH tops with that funky old stock V6. This 'Vette will take her to 183MPH and still be smooth as butter. And 0-60 in 4.8 seconds; there's nothing like being glued to the seat when you floor it!
Guy: Mom never goes over the speed limit, so that's not really what matters in this deal. Mind if I give the Malibu a test drive?
Salesman: OK now you're being unreasonable. Your Mom should walk wherever she goes until you can afford this Corvette. Did I mention that it can go 197MPH with a few mods? Nobody should have to face the shame of driving a Malibu. A normal person would just push it off a cliff. Is your Mom even normal?
Guy: Yeah I'm out. See ya, bro.
This though should work fine for most people and it is possible you could upgrade the DDR to 16 GB.
It will run Windows 11 having come out in 2019,
Just do not expect too much from it. It is similar in speed to a N4000. It is really a laptop not a Desktop design. Just a laptop without a built in monitor.
