I'm terribly unorganized and these bottom freezer drawers end up hiding a bunch of frozen foods that I forget about because it's hard to access them.
If anyone else has this problem, I highly recommend trying out the 4-door fridges (mine is Samsung).

I did the research too, bought the top rated (consumer reports) GE, doors didn't seal when closed, the whole fit and finish was poor, returned it and bought the cheapest Samsung side by side. All fridges are shit, expect 5yrs life span, $1300 over 5yrs, I can swallow, $2000+ for 5yrs, no thank you. FYI, this is my second Samsung, most customer complaints are the ice maker, as long as it cools/freezes, I could care less about the performance of the ice maker.
Same here...
Exactly.
Not sure which co he's with. We're in the chicago suburban area.
To a point, I don't blame the Karen who complained about a small dent and returned it. Unfortunately, the big box store policy is that the consumer should inspect items before accepting delivery. If there is damage, then the consumer can refuse delivery and request refund or wait for a new appliance for re-delivery. Big box stores do not offer a partial refund on damage items.
TLDR: If I paid full price on an item then I would expect there shouldn't be any blemishes or dents. You should not have to compromise your self dignity to appease the internet.
the compressor sometimes produces a long low frequency sound.
a lot of condensation around the ice making machine.
if you don't use the ice maker for 1 week, it will all be in clump together
i replaced it with my 20-year-old whirlpool that actually still has a working ice maker.

Home depot, however, did tell me they did not deliver open box items. I was like ok lol bye.
Because you got totaltech membership. If not, they charge $70 for delivery
I have this exact one and the door in door is a PITA to keep at a good temp. I ended up removing the top most shelf in the DiD compartment and will periodically turn on the power air circulation mode when too much cold air has been lost to kids/wife keeping it open.
The glass is a gimmick and is inferior to a properly insulated door.
Otherwise, it's a good fridge, but the gimmicks don't add to the functionality
I don't really trust fridges with water lines, so I manually refill the ice dispenser. It works well - but the bin is small

For delivery I had to take off both my screen and front door to get it in the house.
We never use the Knock Knock unless we are showing someone how it works.
Outside of the bad tasting ice, no issues so far. I did have a hard time finding room for tall wine bottles so I removed one of the shelves.

This is a great deal…I wish I'd had the option of waiting.
