I haven't paid for this club in over 18 months. I got a 3 month trial and every time I go to cancel in the app, it lures me back in with another month or two for free. Rinse and repeat

Yeah, someone in one of these threads emailed Panera corporate to ask about it and their reply was basically "we don't have a problem with using your own cup, but it's at the discretion of store management at each location."

Will be interesting to see what happens if I cancel after the 3 months at $3.33. Will find out in about 5 weeks when my first full payment is due.

You can order with the app, but it depends on the location as to how they handle those orders. They have a rapid pickup station where they're supposed to put a cup with your name for you to grab quickly, but they don't all do it. But most will have it there waiting for you if you order in advance. At some, you may still have to wait in line or try to grab someone's attention and say you just want to get your cup. Other locations have a stack of self-serve cups out and you can just place the app order and grab one from what I understand (although none around me do it that way).

You can also just use your own cup or travel mug, but YMMV. I've never had a problem with that, but some stores might object. Panera used to have a travel mug option in the app/kiosk menu, but they removed it a few months ago.

Cancel after your three months are up and try to resubscribe for another free month unless you decide you want to accept another 3 months if your current price is offered again.
