Sucks that a tablet qualifies but not a phone, when some of us use more of a phablet like device. I do a lot of work on my 13 Pro Max. Oh well, it is what it is.

Minnesota taxes suck
Taxes don't suck, what it can suck is what they might do with them. Every time you drive and see that the roads are in good shape, the traffic lights are working or a street is clean, that is just one side of where your money goes. When there is a fire close to your house and see the firefighters coming on time, that is where your taxes are going, etc. What is going on with USA people and taxes. We are not talking about Wall Street here!

I wonder I would qualify if I placed an order for pickup in one of these areas that I'm going to be in during these sales...
Yes. You can change the zip code and the tax will change.

I used to hate apple products.

I tried it one day to see what the hype is.

I've never gone back to android or windows for 5 years.

Thought I was missing out, tried android flagship phone for 1 whole year, worst experience ever.

Applefan boy for life now because I care about usability and reliability more than spec.

So I assume that orders that take weeks to deliver are covered even though the order may not be fully charged until the order ships. If anyone has done this in FL please post.

Our house used to be Apple only for years. Couple MBP, several iPhones, 4 ipads etc. Bought a new iMac 5 months ago, lots of issues, replaced twice. Most recently, my 9yr old son needed to update Netflix and a couple games a day before a 12hr road trip. We used the wrong password, started the reset password process, told it would take 24hrs, call tech support and that changed to 15 days. 15 DAYS! Went to the Apple store where I had purchased the iMac and same sales person spent a hour with tech support to no avail. They could not explain why or how it was changed to 15days. F that and never again.

Wish I could buy the MacBook Pro for $1750 listed on another thread here in Florida, but if the amount exceeds $1,500…you get charged tax. Anyone know any way around this or to somehow only pay tax on the remaining $250?

64GB you are correct. Netflix and others let you download videos so when you are traveling or offline. The very least you need is 128.

You only pay tax on the $250. The first $1500 is exempt.
