To my surprise, I could not stay with the C2 77 inch after seeing the pure quality of color, brightness and pop of this S95. I've returned the C2 77 inch.
I did not have any bent screen issue with my S95, but two (yes two) of my Lg C2 had a significant bend and small bend screen issue. Amazing how Samsung had no bent screen when it's so much slimmer.
I tried the u8h for a week, wanting to like it and save cash. Ultimately, I was getting pretty inconsistent picture and also bought the s95b. Today, I returned the u8h... the u8h is not in the same league for any of it's out of the box picture modes or when I calibrated with an xrite.i would say that the rtings metrics may lead you to believe they are closer in performance or that the u8h is rated higher for sdr and hdr performance, but it is far below the Samsung in the intangibles and unmeasurable.
we can get two hamburgers(a gourmet and cheap one) and manipulate them on paper so that fat content, protein, sodium all come close from a metrics point of view.... but that doesn't mean they taste the same. that's what I feel like rtings and YouTube reviews try to do... compare metrics without really discussing the subjective, that's not measurable.
the YouTube reviews and the metric data that instrumentally say they are so close.... doesn't convey what my eyes saw. the u8h looks good with curated 4k demo content and animated features only. every other content was poor for me on the u8h or paled in comparison when put side by side with s95b. the Samsung was great across the board with less adjustment per source.
I'm just glad I had the budget, room and time to test them side by side. this TV buying experience made me understand why brick and mortar stores only show curated content and don't let consumers try their own content in the store. it also opened my eyes to how much trust to really put into "reviews" and click bait YouTube titles such as "how far off is the u8h to s95b" ....

Thank you so much...... really appreciate your effort... again thanks...
My problem is there is a huge delay between voice and picture. I've made the setting on the sound bar and TV to 0 (any adjustments delays it further). Any idea what the issue might be? Should I plug the Roku into the soundbar?

If that isn't the case, connect roku via soundbar. There shouldn't be much of a difference in performance.

Putting it in the sounds directly the 2nd time resolved the issue enough that I could adjust the audio synch. Thx.
I have the 65 inch.
Am I the only one leaving up the screen film protection ....that's still on the TV?
Anyone?
