EDIT: Just reread the post and answered my own question:
"One-time purchase installed on 1 Windows PC for use at home or work"

It's also not a legitimate license because it's a pirated key, but it will work. (Probably do not ever ask Microsoft support for help with it.)
Clarification: I bought Office Pro 2021 in January 2022 from SoftKeyWorld. Mine is registered as an MSDN license. Don't know about other sellers. There is a script you can run to check your license type.
They are and if they find out, you will be fined, heavily. You'd better hope you don't upset the wrong person who knows you are using greyware. One call is all it takes for you to make news headlines.
That being said, M$ makes it pretty easy for you to get it for free or almost free. Check your school or business. Chances are they have a way for you to get you a copy that is legal and might be totally free. Check your State services too.
(P.S. you could always use their online version for free, if it still exists.)

Just SD making money I guess. Mods can delete comments but won't touch this thread.

Office 2021 Professional Plus for Free
https://blue-cdkey.com
has Office 2021 Professional Plus OME Key for $8.99 for the next 1 hour and 53 minutes
Edit: Clock reset to 8 hours and discount code still works
Edit: Their support address on their webpage (spelled wrong) is invalid - Supprot: [email protected]
Also [email protected] is invalid.
They also don't answer their chat even thought it says it is online.
However, I put it in my cart and used a discount code of aaa2 from their Facebook page and it took the price down to $0.00 so I ordered it (no payment info required).
I immediately got the code via email, downloaded the software and activated it and it is working and shows as activated. When I do a command prompt and type in a command found on You Tube it shows it is a retail license.
If I buy a set of keys for $10 being sold beside a car, that fits the key lock, I can't drive off feeling confident that it was a legitimate purchase (but just "grey market"). Imagine saying to a cop: "My key worked, I now own this car!" We can't say for certain that someone in some country hasn't developed a random generator (and tester) to obtain codes that work
as install codes for specific license products.
"It works! Must be legitimate!" (Not.) And it also can't be stated that "my product keeps working so it's legal". Neither can it be confidentally said "I've never known anyone that lost their license later". (Not too many out there that would advertize that.)
Everyone's likely to be fine buying these codes. But I don't agree with the terminology and 100% legitimacy claims that are being made here. If Microsoft wanted to, all they'd have to say that there was no financial transaction between the code user and Microsoft, or a Microsoft reseller. Doesn't matter if it was a code bought at a flea market, eBay or Craigslist.

Good thing he did not use a credit card!
You would think slickdeals would block a shady business like this one.

But seriously, I paid with paypal too and guess what? Nothing. Stacksocial has issues, but that's not one of them. Not the first time I have bought from them.
