Never tried this brand so got the Cinnamon kind. I don't have 5 items for S&S so will only get 5% off.
Cinnamon crunch is last flavor I got. It has crunchy bits in it! Like bits of CTC
But if you mix and let sit for a few hours, the crunchy bits become soft.
nice flavor, but I'd imagine for some the crunchy bits would be an issue.

Mix and let sit a few hours? Blasphemy!!! Mix and chug.
The Cinnamon Crunch gives me the run, pretty sure it's the Erythritol. So if anyone is sensitive to Erythritol in larger amounts, now you know it's in it.

If you live next to a bulk grocery store such as sprouts, they have bulk erythritol.
You could probably buy 5 cents worth to test out if that's the thing you're allergic to.
For science!

LOL.... I mix a blender up in the morning, pour half in a to-go bottle, drink other half.
mix a 2nd blender, stick in fridge for afternoon/evening.
The fresh stuff, bits are crunchy
The to-go-bottle...start drinking a few hours later. kinda soft-crunchy
the blender bits are far softer..almost like unmixed powder.

Not a bad idea... Until it does confirms 100% without a doubt to be true

I like doing 1/2 unflavored, 1/2 flavored. It's less intense sweet tasting, and basically eliminates stinky farts....and most farts.
My $0.02
