I always appreciate anyone posting but I wouldn't recommend this one. This is one of those items that bigger is better. Spend in the $50-$60 range and cover almost all vehicles instead on top of being WAY more portable. Something like: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Tackli.../813236550

Agreed, the lithium jump starters are much more transportable and keep a charge for six months or more. The lead acid (bulky) jump starters like this one have to be recharged about once a month. If you do go the route of the lead acid jump starter, make sure it also has a built-in air compressor. Jump starters with built-in compressors are fantastic for inflating tires and keeping them at the correct pressure. You set the pressure, and they stop when they reach the correct pressure.

I've had multiple lithium ion jump packs over the years and do not care for them. Every time ive needed them, they were dead and would not take a charge.

Crap. Just received mine two days ago. Trying to recharge it for 48 hours. The battery always stays at low, the manual states that the two red LEDs and one green LED must be on when the battery is full.

This item is trash. I bought one, and fully charged it was unable to start the neighbors riding lawn mower. It's a paper weight and I want my money back.

I got the 800a one. It had one red light on when I first plugged it in... It took about 5 hours to fully charge it, all 3 lights are on solid.

I saw it referenced a few times, but please check your amps as I have one and it can't jump my 2006 Expedition. Works great for everything else (Durango, Cars, 4-wheeler, mowers)

it is possible that you have a very old stock. The battery would go bad if it remain at a low charge level for a long time. If you decided to exchange another one, be sure to push the check battery button to ensure that it has at least one or two light on. Mine had one light on when I first got it. It is still at full charge with all 3 lights on after a few days. Good luck.
