Been $399 all week at Home Depot, and as low as $253 without the stand

I see the $399 price but does not appear to come with stand. Am I missing something -- some way to add the stand (for free)?

Right under the price it should say "free gift with purchase", click that and add stand to cart

Tried to get this at Lowes and price match HD...they said they couldn't because it was under a promo....so I drove a few miles to HD and got it. This thing is awesome and the stand is nice too. I cut some 8 foot long red oak board earlier and I really wish I got this before that.
