I'm upgrading a nvme drive soon in a desktop and throwing in the existing 250gb nvme drive on my Synology 920+ for this purpose, but not sure how much it will help me since I mostly leverage it for Plex server. 🤔 The 990 Samsung models are due to be released around the middle of this month so prices may drop more on these (Black Friday?).
