I'm a Ryobi Tool Guy but went with the Hart Stack System to haul 'em around for $89.

Seems to be a few differences at quick glance such as bigger wheels, bigger medium box, and mount to wall with link option. Open bin on top may be a pro or con depending on need

edit: carrying handles on big and medium box look handy too
The whole idea behind buying Ryobi tools is that they cost a lot less than big name brands but you still great bang for the buck.

However Ryobi tool boxes cost just as much but they're not as good as the Ridgid boxes, IMO.

I would even consider the Lowes' options of Kobalt or Craftsman TradeStack over the Ryobi as far as quality goes.

Definitely do your homework first by watching some YT comparison videos and looking at them in person.
Milwaukee is great but it's a Lot more $.
btw- I own probably 20 different Ryobi tools, so I'm not hating on the brand.

What's the difference between that link and this link Stack System, Mobile Tool Box for Storage and Organization, Fits 7 Parts Modular Storage System And Suits HART Power Tools https://www.walmart.com/ip/2264114961 price is lower from what I can see...on the toolbox I don't know what's the difference

I ordered from a Walmart Third Party Sellerā€¦.

Bad experienceā€¦.. they said delivered in my mailbox.

After two lengthy chat sessions with Wally Customer Care the seller said they were sorry but my order must have been lost in shipment. Received Refund back to Paypal.

Save yourself the trouble and always do your due diligence.

Just received mine and I am BLOWN AWAY by the quality. Very thick, heavy duty construction. The telescoping handle is beefy - definitely designed to handle a lot of weight. Well thought out design, for example, the bottom large chest has and angled, ribbed area for you to place your foot when tilting the system back to move. The two closed chests each come with deep parts bins for storage as well as a dedicate bit storage area integrated into the lid. The way they lock together is really cool. There's a honeycomb structure that simply fits together easily, yet tightly that keeps everything together. No levers to lock, etc. Very clever. Definitely worth the $150. Even worth the $200 if you use it all the time. I've already got mine filled with close to 18 power tools and they fit easily. Lots of room. And the heavy duty construction and big all terain wheels handle the extremely heavy weight easily. The pictures do not do this system justice. It has to be seen in person to understand how good it is.

I went to the store to compare the Ridgid 2.0 and this Ryobi one. The quality of materials are similar for both (and far better than Hart by miles). The wheels and handle system from Ryobi has better quality although it is not detachable as the Ridgid one. With the Ridgid one, you have to extend it to use the wheels or the handle would hit the ground. The small box from Ridgid is very nice and has removable dividers included. It has better value than the crate from Ryobi. The stacking system is also better with Ryobi that you can unstack the box on top with one hand. With the Ridgid one, you have to unlock the two sides and then lift it up. To stack it up, you need to reverse the process for Ridgid while you just need to put it back on top for the Ryobi one and it will be locked in automatically. The nice thing for Ridgid is the stackable boxes come with wall mounting kits. For Ryobi, you need to buy their Link system and you cannot open the box when it is mounted on the wall, while you can do that with Ridgid.

Thoughts on it? I'm just looking for a way to organize my power tools and such better. I'm just a diyer not looking to spend a huge amount on the Milwaukee or ridgid system
Look, I'm with you on this, but there are only a few things I hate more than buying something cheap that I'm gonna have to throw out later.

The Milwaukee system is simply miles above everything else on the market. I have a job and enough disposable income that I can afford a couple of pieces of a Milwaukee set, so I've started collecting smaller bits of it. But in the meantime, I still need a place to put circular saws and work lights and tire inflators and all the other bulk tools. So I picked up the Ryobi set.

At the end of the day, these are just boxes. Nothing says they have to hold power tools. As I collect more Milwaukee boxes, I'll start phasing these out of tool storage and start using them to hold generic garage stuff that I may need to wheel around every once in a while, like fertilizer or beer or whatever. Then one day they will crack, and I'll throw them in the garbage.

It has been in and out of stock every few hours or so. It is not really a great deal anyway as they keep the same price since November.

Having yellow is definitely worth the extra $60!
Yellow and a ready-to-go wall mount system. Sure you *can* build one yourself, but if its a thing that matters to you Ryobi, Milwaukee, and DeWalt are the only ones. DeWalt and Milwaukee only mount their own boxes, Ryobi's lets you use hooks and bins in it, so its basically heavy-duty pegboard that you can mount pretty much anything to. Unecessary for most, but so is a 90" 8k HDTV, and those make front page on here, too.
