    Friendly advice: Stay far away from Jetson scooters. Got 1 for my son last Christmas, had to return & exchange 3 as either lights stopped working or turn handle started jamming.

    Instead buy a radio flyer, tried & tested for years..no fancy lights but at least it runs.

    Got this from costco when my son was 18 months old. It was good practice for him as it is heavier than other types of scooter. So steering and stuff was easier. But ended up returning it and got the micro kickboard instead. He was struggling to turn the jetson around because it is heavy. The micro kickboard was perfect, light and more speedy.
