I have both for $35 each via SD. For this price tier, either is good.
Here's my (opinionated) pro and con list relative to each other:
Logi G435
Pros:
Much lighter weight
More compact dimensions
Sound is decent (am not an audiophile btw)
Cons:
Battery life is 8 hours* (idk the usage stats for this)
Bass not heavy (idk not an audiophile)
Indifference:
Eccentric color options for the cheaper price point. The black and neon is seldom at the same discount price but shows up once in a while via SD.
Not LED heavy other than the power on and connected light.
USB-C for charging (modern i guess)
Razer Nari Essential:
Pros:
Longer battery life at 16hr* (idk usage stats to achieve this; works fine for me on 2-3 days of playing valorant or overwatch for at least 2-3hrs/day)
Potential THX 7.1 Surround Sound* (Need to install software for it and not all games support surround sound via headphones.)
Cons:
Really bulky/thick af ear cups
noticeably heavier compared to the G435
Indifference:
THX 7.1 Surround Sound. I don't care for this cuz not an audiophile. There is a list of games that show compatibility but not the ones I play. I have two ears and if they are cupped with a headset then Stereo should be fine.
Not LED heavy but I'm not looking at them when they're on my head...
micro USB for charging (cable provided in the box. this doesn't negatively impact its use. at this price point c'mon guys...)
I was able to get one during the target $18 clearance a few months back but even at $30 this is great for the price
Snagged these for $18 from Target before the holidays. Take note that these DO NOT WORK with Xbox One. They are intended for PC and PS.
Fit is extremely light and comfortable. I have a freakishly large head and I max the fit out, but because of the light weight and light clamp, they are still comfortable.
Sound quality is good and has good bass. I've heard that the mic is good but doesn't isolate your voice from background noise well due to it's design. I'd recommend these if you don't need them for Xbox.

Bought two of these (different colors) for my kids and they are perfect for them .. lightweight, comfy, good for smaller heads, and works on both their pcs and their idevices without lag.
I copped these from target when they were $18. I liked them but my head is a little on the bigger side so they weren't comfortable to wear long term. My hair is on the thicker side, but it's not long (the top is 1.5-2" long.
I was super hesitant buying these. I'm mainly using them for my home office. And they're actually perfect! Super light weight so I can wear them for hours especially since the ear cups are fabric rather than the shitty fake leather most use. The mute button was a big plus for these. I will say the audio is just okay. But once again I'm using these for ZOOM calls. So I'm not trying to hear my coworkers in 7.1 or anything.
I mean, these were only $30, so at that price I can't complain. But I'm not impressed. The build feels cheap. The ear cups are on the smaller side and the sound is extremely basic. I'm not an audiophile by any means, but even I can tell the sound on these is 'meh'. I got these to watch TV at night and not wake the family. They'll work for that purpose and the price is right. But I have tried a lot of headsets over the years and have many other "cheapo" sets with better sound than this. Not saying it's not worth it at $30, but if you're looking for something half-decent, you might consider bumping your pricepoint a bit and get something more impressive.
Are these good for remote workers? or are the headset with separate mic are better when you are in surrounding where there is some noise from kids around?
