Usually these require deep electrical outlet boxes so you'll have to replace those too if yours are too small

Deal is as dead as USB-A is.
I'm still able to add them to cart and check out (and have the option of multiple as in 800+), so maybe there was just a blip in the inventory?

Good luck!

Link? I don't see that in their site.
It was these:

My store had a couple boxes left. And sorry I should have clarified. It was a different brand and was wrong on the price, it was $12.99 but got them for $11 from their recent 15% off bag sale.

No you can't. Only 20a receps on 20amp circuits. Because of the obvious, overloading a 15a circuit, you def cannot put 20a on there.
dumb, how would it over load if the breaker is 15amps? its no difference from putting a 15 amp receptacle on there. breaker will trip if it goes over 15 amps. its the same

Because in the perfect world, the 15a breaker would trip. If you knowingly invite people to plug a 20a appliance on an unknowingly 15a circuit, and the breaker fails, guess what the end result is? I guess if you built the house, and live in it forever and no one else ever does, Do whatever you want. But when the future owner doesn't know what is behind walls, Do the logical thing

Edit; I'll add a second scenario. Homeowner sees 20a outlet. Assumes 20a wire. Changes 15a breaker to 20a...end result is?

Even though I agree.

If anyone is going to be playing inside the Panel they should know the difference between a 12 and 14 wire.

If you've seen the crap I've seen in panels and outlet boxes, you wouldn't put anything past any diy homeowner hack

Yeah, and anyone that knows that, should also know that they can't install a 20 amp breaker even if there is 12g wire entering the panel box... At least not until they've traced every single wire on that circuit to verify that there's nothing smaller than 12g on it.
